Role: ServiceNow Dev /Analyst - IIILocation: Remote Interview Mode: WebcamJob Description
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, SPM) to meet business needs.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services, APIs, or integration tools.
- Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions.
- Work with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and gather information on limitations, capabilities, and performance requirements.
- Modify existing software to correct errors, support new hardware, or improve performance.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess the feasibility of solutions within time and cost constraints.
- Develop and direct testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation for software systems.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, SPM) including workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Playbook, and Configurable Workspace.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Development, Scripting, and overall Architecture implementation.
- Experience using ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON).
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with other programming languages/frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Additional knowledge in developing Scoped Applications and ServiceNow Scripting.
Education/Certifications (Desired):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
